Service Conditions
All services provided by Sunkissed Exteriors are subject to weather conditions and property accessibility. For safety reasons, appointments may be rescheduled or delayed in the event of high winds, heavy rain, ice, or other hazardous conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service area at the time of the appointment. This includes removing vehicles, furniture, pets, or other obstacles that may block access or ability to perform work in areas of service..
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
If weather or safety conditions prevent completion of a scheduled service, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at the earliest available time.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to the appointment. We accept major forms of payment, including cash, check, or approved digital payment methods.
Invoices not paid within 10 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee.
Property Condition & Liability
Our technicians take every precaution to perform work safely and carefully. However, Sunkissed Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or structural weaknesses (such as brittle shingles, cracked glass, or deteriorated gutters) that may become apparent during service.
Customers are encouraged to inform our team of any known issues or fragile areas before service begins.
Use of Biodegradable Cleaning Solutions
We use environmentally safe, biodegradable cleaning products whenever possible. If you have concerns about pets, plants, or sensitive areas, please notify us before service so we can take appropriate precautions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns promptly.
